I have been the victim of frauds. The fraudsters need to have bank accounts or approval by the card companies to accept payments.
They must repay victims if they allow fraudsters to open accounts.

Ever opened a packet of medicine and found half as many tablets as the box is supposed to contain?

In the last few months, we’ve had several packets of prescription medicine that contained only half as many tablets as the outside of the box says they should. This defrauds the NHS and customer.
