Is there any guidance available (particularly from Which?) on installing sound insulation in your home to reduce the level of sound coming through the wall from a neighbour?

The which reviews of household appliances are great but tend to comment only on how well they function. It would be useful if they also commented on aesthetics and quality feel as well.

The Govt needs to implement legislation to hold all Telco’s and Internet service Providers (ISP’s) fully accountable for all misuse of their services so that they will be forced to actively police, detect and prevent scammers as it would seriously impact their bottom lines and put their operating licenses under constant review. This is far better than allowing these practices to continue and impact the public, especially as the public have no real way of preventing these activities and in many cases do not even know they are being scammed. The Telco’s and ISP’s should also be made fully responsible for reimbursing the public for any funds scammed / stolen plus any legal expenses that the public incur, and in some cases some compensation for the experience.

Basing Car and Other insurances on your postcode is grossly unfair. Car Insurances could be largely based on annual mileage, value, actual pollution check, claim history, etc.
