No delivery note from Sainsbury’s for online shoppers

Why have Sainsbury’s stopped giving a delivery list and final bill to online customers? It makes it hard to check the order. They have the information, they used to give it. I want it again.

This not a scam YWB phoned me to ‘update my vulnerable marking on my a/c’. No warning by letter, I’ve since exchanged communications and they seem unconcerned that it could be a scam and I was wary.
