Which Investigation into Phone Company Sales & Support processes

Phone company sales processes & billing renewals are deliberately confusing. Contact with ‘chat’ lines just attempts to sell more to the customer. Which should investigat the resulting bad service.

Returns policy. When shopping online with Regatta I have found that their charges for returns are not obvious until you attempt a return. Plus an exchange could cost twice to return

Problems with Boiler Servicing via Domestic & General / Worcester Bosch Service Plan

Have had a Plan since 2016. Tried booking this years service 15 October. 25 November offered an appointment in May 2021. Had to complain to get an answer – they are currently not doing services.
