Publish number of complaints on reviews

How about Which? publishing the number of complaints it receives regarding product and service reviews? Something it has heavily criticised other companies and organisations for not doing.

Are Water Softeners a good or a bad investment?

Which? Owners reviews?

What’s happened to owner reviews on the Which? Website? I don’t agree with a Which? expert review/rating on a microwave I bought recently but can’t express my feelings. Anyone else feel the same way?

The Owners Reviews feature was shut down back in September 2018 as it did not function very well for either the user or Which?. We don’t cover product reviews or feedback here in Convo, but you can pass on your feedback to our product testing team by emailing which@which.co.uk.

A Sony rep in curry’s told me that manufacturers pay to be included in which? tests. That’s why there are no Sony TVs in the best buys. Can any one confirm or deny this?

I can confirm that manufacturers do not pay to be included in Which? testing.

Vets charge me wrong – do I have to pay?

My vet sent me an invoice saying I owed money after several visits. I pay my charge before I leave the vets after each visit. Vets said they charged me wrong. Do I have to pay?
