Developers selling Freehold properties which are “fake” freeholds.

Freehold properties that are like Leaseholds whereby owners have to pay for the upkeep of roads/gardens etc. There is no redress in law to challenge such charges which can rise adhoc. Fleecehold!

Courtesy at Supermarket Checkouts

Some Supermarkets – Aldi for example – try to rush you thru checkout with no courtesy from staff. Compare to ‘Big 4’ – usually courteous and no rush. Trade lower prices for added stress?

Own brands

As you go though Which there are many own brands, but most do not acualy make anything, could you tell who the manufacturer is? ie, John Lewis ovens are Electrolux.

What right is there to replacement hearing aids on the NHS for reason of advancing technology alone ? Mine are 5 years old, function well but technologically superior products are now available.

BT & Virign Media using your hub as hotspot for other customers

BT say this does not affect your broadband “as wi-fi bandwidth is shared through a separate channel”. For many customers the bandwidth is limited by the ADSL/VDSL broadband, not the wi-fi connection.

Finished with finish detergent

What value is a mobile phone warranty?

Should it take 12 days and counting to arrange for a mobile phone to be repaired under warranty? I think it should be arranged immediately the fault is reported.
