If I don’t pay Customs charge, will item actually be returned to sender?

Item ordered in £, but unknowingly from USA – still in USA a month later. Found out it’s a scam product. Got Customs charge notice. If I don’t pay, will it really be returned to sender as notice says?

NHS discrimination by nationality for EHICs after Brexit

From 01/01/2021, the NHS will fund treatment in EEA countries under EHIC only for UK-residents who are EU citizens, not British citizens. Is this discrimination by nationality under the Equality Act?

In October I sold 9 ebay items, the £97 due was not in my ebay account.

I have repeatedly asked for the money, and their tactic is to “re-educate” me.
As far as Paypal is concerned they have decided, with no investigation, that the money has been stolen and it is my fault

VAT added to an advertised sale price on the payment page
