As always, we’re popping in on Christmas Day to wish everyone who’s been involved with Which? Conversation this year a very happy Christmas!
When I wrote last year’s Christmas message it was off the back of an extremely busy year – but no one could have predicted what was to come.
In a difficult year for so many reasons, Jon, Chirag and I would like to wish you all the best today and, as always, thank you for the contributions that make Which? Conversation what it is.
Despite the challenges the pandemic as brought, it’s been wonderful to use Which? Conversation to demonstrate positivity and resilience.
To name a few, we’ve celebrated the unsung coronavirus heroes, shone a light on how Which? Trusted Traders helped their communities through the first national lockdown, and called for examples of the great things your local shops have been doing.
Going right back to February, we were also among the first to begin providing consumer rights advice and guidance as the pandemic took hold across the globe. We ended up publishing more than 70 coronavirus-related topics – you can view them all here.
As always Which? Conversation supported our campaigning work, gathering vital evidence and case studies for Travel, Price Gouging, Freedom to Pay and Food Standards.
All of this has resulted in a record year for visitors to Which? Conversation, including the most-viewed topic of all time!
We’re proud of these achievements, but as always we’re working hard behind the scenes to make the improvements we all want to see.
2021 looks set to be just as challenging, but we’ll all be here again to navigate through it. So to all our regular contributors, this year’s guest authors and casual browsers of the site: Merry Christmas – we hope you enjoy your day.
Thank you for all your support.
George, Jon and Chirag.
