Sue Davies is the Chief Policy Adviser at Which? working on food issues. She researches and develops Which?’s policy and also represents consumers’ interests on a range of UK and international expert and decision-making bodies. This has included the Council of Food Policy Advisers, the School Meals Review Panel and the EU’s Platform for Action on Diet, Physical Activity and Health. Sue is also a member of the European Food Safety Authority’s Management Board and was awarded an MBE in 2003 for services to food safety.
