Paul Sacher BSc (Med) Hons RD, Chief Research & Development Officer and Co-founder of MEND. Having been obese as a child, Paul Sacher founded MEND in 2001 to help children who are above a healthy weight become fitter, healthier and happier. An Honorary Principal Paediatric Dietician at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Trust, a child obesity researcher at UCL and a trustee of the National Obesity Forum, Paul previously worked as a dietitian in the NHS for more than eleven years and is a recognised expert in child health and obesity. He is the author of three books on child health and diet including From Kid to Superkid: Set your family on the path to a junk-food free, healthy future and The Contented Child's Food Bible. Paul has extensive media experience doing TV and radio interviews including on the sofa breakfast shows. He was the child health expert for Jamie’s School Dinners and the BBC series Honey We’re Killing the Kids with cameo appearances in every episode.
