Nikki works on the Consumer Action Team, bringing Which? campaigns to the attention of the public, and persuading companies to give consumers a fairer deal. She also writes for our extensive consumer rights section, which covers everything from travel and shopping rights to beating scams and rip-offs. Before joining Which? Nikki worked in the charity sector, writing news, building websites and getting people talking about campaigns on the net. Since starting at Which? in December 2010 she has vowed to tackle at least two of her own consumer problems, having seen just how much power the customer has if they make enough noise!
