Matt has worked for Which? since the 90s, first in the customer service side of the business. In 2007 he was born again as a product researcher. Dishwashers, tumble dryers, microwaves and cookers keep Matt busy 9-5. After that, if he's not worrying about the next installment of the Liverpool FC soap opera, he's likely to be walking his Labradoodle Bailey.

Train in grey and blue

Don’t you hate it when a rail ticket machine won't sell you the ticket you need? Ticket machines should cut queues and make buying tickets easier, but we found they don’t always sell the tickets passengers want to buy. (more about nightmare train ticket machines...)

British & Irish Lions rugby team playing against Australia

Why do I have to pay thousands to see the British & Irish Lions play when the Aussies pay £61 (AU$95) for a test match ticket? Shouldn’t we be able to buy tickets at face-value prices? (more about rubgy tickets...)

How much should we follow clothes labels that tell us to 'dry clean only'? Are manufacturers putting dry cleaning labels on their garments instead of properly testing how they should be washed? (more about dry clean only labels...)
