Joanna is a Senior Health Researcher in the Home Research Team. She has been the Which? health expert since 2007, working on social care, disability and health projects and investigations from bra-fitting services to mystery-shopping the advice given by pharmacies. Joanna has previously worked for the NHS (commissioning for primary care trusts and in patient and public involvement for NICE) and for Social Services departments including ten years experience as a social worker. She has also worked as a volunteer for the National Domestic Violence Hepline and as a community mediator.
