Jess has worked in the research team at Which? for over three years, starting out testing things like lawnmowers and barbecues in the Which? Gardening team, before hanging up her green thumbs and moving to the home products testing group. She now specialises in ‘all-things-cold’ kitchen appliances and is responsible for our fridges, freezers, and fridge freezers content. When she’s not making sure our Best Buy fridges are quick to cool groceries and evenly chilled from top to bottom, she takes on a diverse range of products - from electric shavers to washing detergents - for Which? magazine and Which? online.
